Confirm order
- The order is reviewed by our team to verify the accuracy of the data and that the product matches the stock .
- After review, the order is officially confirmed and the customer is notified via:

- Or a text message to the registered mobile number
- Applications are reviewed during official business days only (Saturday to Thursday).
Order fulfillment
- Order execution will begin once it is confirmed by our team.
- The implementation period usually takes from 24 to 48 working hours .
- This period does not include Friday and official holidays .
- The period is calculated starting from the first business day following the date of order confirmation.
- In the event of any exceptional delay , the customer will be contacted directly to clarify the reason and the expected duration.
Cancel order
- The order can be cancelled at any time before it enters the implementation phase .
- An order cannot be cancelled after it has been processed.
- Cancellation is done exclusively by contacting customer service through official channels during business hours.
Order shipping
- After completing the order, it is shipped directly via approved shipping companies .
- The customer will be provided with a tracking number (if available) to enable him to follow the status of the shipment at any time.
- Shipping is done within business days only , and the delivery schedule is subject to the shipping company's policies and availability.
