Replacement due to a manufacturing defect:
At Speed Tracking, we are committed to immediately replacing any product found to have a manufacturing defect. Simply contact us within the specified timeframe, providing clear video or photographic documentation of the issue.
⏳ Return and exchange period:
- Returns: Within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Replacement: Within 7 days of receiving the order.
Return and exchange policies:
- In its original, unused state.
- Inside its original sealed packaging.
- Attached is a video or photos showing its condition immediately after opening.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for opened products unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
- The following fees are non-refundable:
- Shipping fees.
- Cash on delivery fees (if applicable).
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refund processing time: 7 to 14 days.
⚠️ Cases where returns or exchanges are not accepted:
- Opening the product and removing the factory packaging, or using it without a manufacturing defect.
- Misuse, breakage, or product damage due to external factors.
- Using accessories or parts that are incompatible with the device.
- Failure to follow operating instructions.
- Perform any external maintenance.
- Expose the product to water if it is not waterproof.
- Sensitive products that are affected by use, such as:
- Spark plugs.
- Coils.
- Cleaning filters.
- Electrical connections.
ℹ️ Important notes:
- If the requested product is unavailable for replacement, the customer will be contacted and an alternative or refund will be offered.
- Speed Tracking Store reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a technical error in the price or stock shortage, in which case the full amount will be refunded to the customer on his card or bank account.
