At Speed Tracking, we value your trust and are committed to your complete satisfaction. We understand that you may change your mind about your purchases from time to time, so we have a flexible and easy return and exchange policy, ensuring a convenient and safe shopping experience.
Replacement due to manufacturing defect:
We at Speed Tracking are committed to immediately replacing your product in the event of a proven manufacturing defect . Simply contact us within the specified period and document the condition with a video or clear photos.
⏳ Return and exchange period:
- Return: Within 3 business days of receiving the order.
- Replacement: Within 7 working days of receiving the order.
Return and exchange terms:
- In its original, unused condition.
- Inside its original sealed packaging .
- Attached is a video or photos showing its condition upon opening.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for opened products unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
- The following fees are non-refundable:
- Shipping fees.
- Cash on delivery fees (if applicable).
- Shipping costs for return or exchange are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refund period: 7 to 14 working days.
⚠️ Cases in which returns or exchanges are not accepted:
- Opening or using the product without a manufacturing defect.
- Misuse, breakage or damage to the product due to external factors.
- Using accessories or parts that are not compatible with the device.
- Failure to follow operating instructions.
- Do any external maintenance.
- Expose the product to water if it is not waterproof.
- Sensitive products that are affected by use, such as:
- Spark plugs.
- Coils.
- Cleaning filters.
- Electrical connections.
ℹ️ Important notes:
- If the product requested for exchange is not available, the customer will be contacted to suggest an alternative or refund.
- Speed Tracking reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a technical error in the price or stock shortage. The full amount will be refunded to the customer's card or bank account.
