According to APEX, the nozzle design opens fully with a Schrader valve, whereas many standard nozzles only open partially. This allows for a greater volume of air to pass through and reduces filling time, depending on the motor power, hose, and connections used.

Add the appropriate coupling
A 1/4" male air coupling is required to fit the APEX head onto the orange hose. The coupling is sold separately and is not included with the head.
